Consultation Disclaimer

Please read carefully before requesting a consultation.

    General information, not legal advice

All content on this website — including service pages, blog articles, FAQs and general descriptions of Egyptian legal procedure — is published for informational purposes only. It reflects Egyptian law and practice as understood at the date of publication and may not apply to your specific situation. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, formal legal advice.

    Initial consultations

An initial consultation — whether by WhatsApp, telephone, video call or in person — is intended to allow us to understand the outline of your matter and explain the legal options available. It does not, on its own, create an attorney–client relationship and does not result in a binding legal opinion on which you can act. A written retainer agreement is required before any formal advice, representation, filings or correspondence on your behalf takes place.

    Confidentiality

Information shared during a consultation is treated as strictly confidential under the professional secrecy obligations of Egyptian Law No. 17 of 1983 on the Legal Profession, even if you decide not to engage us afterwards.

    Outcomes

Past results referenced in case studies or testimonials are specific to the facts of each case and do not guarantee a similar outcome in your matter. Legal proceedings in Egypt involve courts, government authorities and counterparties whose actions are outside our control.

    Time-sensitive matters

Certain matters — criminal arrests, deportation, travel bans, urgent property transfers — are highly time-sensitive. If your matter is urgent, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 01111213939. Do not rely on website content in an emergency.

    Jurisdiction

We are licensed to practice law exclusively in the Arab Republic of Egypt. For matters arising under foreign law we will, where required, coordinate with qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
